We collect the information needed to take, make and deliver your order: your name, contact details, delivery address and the artwork you send us.

Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

We keep order records for as long as UK accounting rules require. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing sales@oliverembroidery.co.uk.
