Delivery

Delivery is charged once per order, not per item.

Standard UK mainland delivery is £9.50 per order excluding VAT. Orders over £250 excluding VAT are delivered free.

You can also collect from Unit 14, Youngs Industrial Estate, Paices Hill, Aldermaston, Reading RG7 4PW at no charge. Choose collection at checkout and we will let you know by email or WhatsApp as soon as the order is ready.

Turnaround depends on the decoration and the size of the run. Once your artwork is approved we will confirm a date — most standard embroidery orders leave within five working days.

School and club shop items are excluded from the free delivery threshold.
